Crawfish season runs roughly December through July, but not all months are created equal. Here's what to expect throughout the year.

Early Season
The mudbugs are waking up! Early season crawfish are hitting the pots, but these little guys are still growing. Expect smaller crawfish, limited supply, and higher prices — but fresh crawfish is fresh crawfish.
